We are working towards a holistic way to minimise the reliance on external inputs, including fertilisers, chemical sprays and antibiotics, whilst improving carbon capture and soil fertility. But where will I put it?
One of the comments we get a lot is "I'd love to buy a box of your amazing beef, but I couldn't possibly store it all". I thought it might be helpful to actually put the contents of a 5kg box in my freezer and show you what it looks like, so you can see exactly how much room it takes up. The drawer below is 40cm x 43cm x 13cm and from a standard under the counter freezer. As you can see it easily fits in, with room to spare for some frozen peas. A 5kg box will generally incl
