How To Buy Our Meat


Our premium quality, pasture fed beef is hung for four weeks before being butchered, vacuum packed and frozen. We have the following packs available to order from us directly...

  • 5kg - £70 (or £135 for two) - two joints, four steaks, three packs of mince/diced beef

  • Long slow pack - £60 - two roasting joints, three packs of mince and three packs of diced beef

  • Mince - £22.50 - five packs of mince

  • Steaks - £55 - four sirloin and four rump steaks

  • Braising steak - £20 - four packs of diced braising beef

  • Mini pack - £20 - two packs of mince and two rump/sirloin steaks

  • Winter pack - £40 - one slow roasting joint, two steaks and two packs of diced beef (check out our recipe)


Mince/diced/short rib packs are approx 500g each, packs of two steaks are approx 400g - 500g

Other cuts, including fillet pieces and rib joints on the bone are available by arrangement. Please do contact us to discuss.


Delivery is free within 10 miles of Castle Cary (or within 20 miles on orders over £75). If you live further afield please contact us and we can arrange a courier to bring it directly to your door (£10 or free for orders over £100). Payment can be made upon delivery or in advance. Please confirm preferred method of payment when ordering.

If you would like to try our beautiful pastel coloured pastured eggs, which we occasionally supplement with those from local farmers who share our values, they are available at both The Old Pharmacy and Bill the Butchers in Bruton and at the farm shop at The Newt in Somerset or via the Mobile Newt, which offers nationwide delivery. Or we'd be happy to include them in your meat box.
