We’re looking for a share farmer to partner with us on our mixed regenerative farm. This is a hands-on opportunity to build your own small-scale enterprise — with our support, infrastructure, and established market access.
What’s on Offer
- Opportunity to develop your own small scale regenerative enterprise (preference given to someone rearing meat chickens and pigs, but other complimentary regenerative options considered)
- Sell through our on-site and online farm shop, plus potential for introductions to our wholesale customers
- Free on-site accommodation (if needed) in a spacious mobile home
- Supportive, experienced team and access to infrastructure
What You’ll Bring
- Commitment to high-welfare, pasture-based farming
- Willingness to contribute flexible hours per week across the wider farm — including:
- Tractor driving
- Cattle and egg-laying chicken assistance
- Fencing and general work
- Ability to work independently and communicate well
