I concede I am seriously behind the times, but this is the most recent addition to my recipe repertoire - if you can call literally chopping some bits up and throwing them together a recipe? Anyway, it is an absolute banger. I made it to go with our newly launched Minute Steaks and they are the most perfect combination. So, without further ado:
Ingredients
Small bunch of fresh Coriander, chopped
Small bunch of fresh flat leaf Parsley, chopped
1 shallot, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp white wine vinegar
Instructions
1. Mix the herbs, shallot, garlic and chilli in a bowl
2. Add the oil and vinegar and mix well, season to taste
